Surface water temps 80 degrees, water clarity decent in most places for East Galveston Bay. As you progress further east the water clarity decreases. The large amount of freshwater the entered the bay system due to all the rains up above us did not seem to hamper the overall bite, so we were able to fish our regular spots in East Bay.
